ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) The prayer sought for in this writ petition is for a Mandamus, directing the respondent to dispose the petition in Case No. 1833/22/30/2024 on their file.

The petitioner's complaint has been accepted and case has been registered in Case No.1833/22/30/2024 sometime in March 2024. However, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ petition seeking Mandamus to the respondent to take the said case on priority basis and decide the same.

Insofar as the respondent is concerned, before the said authority, cases are being regularly filed and after taking cognizance of each of the matter, how it should be disposed, for which, what shall be the calendar has to be drawn only by the respondent which is headed by hitherto a former Judge of this Court as of now a former Hon'ble Chief Justice of the High Court. When that being the position, the respondent itself would regulate its business including the calendar to be adopted. Page No.2 of 4

Therefore, no direction by way of Mandamus to give priority to any particular case, can be issued. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition is to be rejected and accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
