ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, on the basis of the complaint given by the 4th respondent herein. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that based upon the complaint given by the 4th respondent herein, a case in Crime No.23 of 2021 was registered against the petitioner along with 3 others for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC on 23.10.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12060 of 2021 3.Since the case has been registered against the petitioner, he can workout his remedy appropriately before the appropriate forum.
