ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Sathish Kumar J.) This petition has been filed seeking leave to file appeal against the order dated 08.02.2023 made in W.P(MD)No.11621 of 2013.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the said writ petition was disposed along with W.P(MD)No.4632 of 2018 by a common order dated 08.02.2023. Against the dismissal of W.P(MD)No.11621 of 2013, writ appeal in W.A(MD)No.1462 of 2023 was filed, in which, the Division Bench by order dated 27.03.2026 suo motu impleaded the petitioner herein as 5th respondent in the said appeal on the ground that the petitioner herein was appointed in the very same post in which the 5th respondent herein had earlier worked and sought the right of regularisation to the period the petitioner herein rendered his service. Hence, any order passed in the writ appeal would directly affect the service rights, seniority and promotional prospects of the petitioner herein. Hence, the learned counsel seeks leave.
3. Considering the said submissions, we are of the view that leave has to be granted. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
