[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] The petitioner has filed this habeas corpus petition seeking direction to the respondents to produce his daughter, namely, Pavithra, aged about 17 years, before this Court and hand over her custody to him.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that after filing of this habeas corpus petition, the detenue returned to the home of the petitioner.
