RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Modify the condition of (b) the Petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of one month and thereafter as and when required for interrogation dated 17.06.2022 made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.10788/2022 and thereby permitting the petitioner to report before the Adambakkam Police Station, Chennai instead of Natham police station.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.SENTHIL KUMARAIAH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.10788 of 2022 dated 17.06.2022, in which, this Court has directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30AM, for a period of one month.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is doing work at Chennai and he is unable to comply the said condition prescribed by this Court.
