ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.204 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons in drunken mode, at that time, there arose a wordy quarrel between the petitioners and the defacto complainant, due to which, the petitioner along with others attacked the defacto complainant's head by using beer bottle and caused injuries. Hence, the complaint.

4. Taking into consideration the previous bad antecedents of the petitioner this Court had earlier dismissed the petition filed by the petitioner on 18.05.2023 and there is no change in circumstances of the case to consider the present anticipatory bail hence this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
