O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to take necessary action as per the direction given by the first respondent in the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.7942/2016/A3 dated 03.01.2017.

2.Heard the petitioner/party-in-person and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that the application submitted by him before the first respondent on 09.02.2016, seeking issuance of patta was not considered by the second respondent, despite the first respondent forwarded the proceedings dated 03.01.2017 to the second respondent, directing him to make subdivision and issue patta in favour of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that no representation has been submitted before the second respondent and in the event of submission of the representation to the second respondent, the same will be considered and suitable orders will be passed.

5.In view of the said submission, the petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the representation dated 09.02.2016 along with a copy of this order to the second respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the claim of the petitioner for the purpose of issuance of patta in the light of the proceedings of the first respondent dated 03.01.2017 in Na.Ka.No.7942/2016/A3. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks therefrom after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
