ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPWH Act, in Crime No.22 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that there was a civil dispute between the petitioner and the defacto complainant, due to which, the petitioner attacked the defacto complainant with wooden stick and threatened her with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent persons and he has been falsely implicated in this case. .

CRL OP(MD). No.10288 of 2023 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is having 10 previous cases. The investigation is yet to be completed. 5.Considering the fact and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the petitioner is having ten previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. Hence, this Petition is dismissed.
