No.93/Minerals/2024 dated 11.03.2024 on the file of the 1st respondent, to quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction in so for as it relates to item No.6, Bodinayakanur Taluk, Kodangipatti Village Government Poromboke land in S.F. No.32/2 (Part 4) 2.50.0 hectares stone quarry and further direct the respondents to receive the balance bid amount of Rs.4,50,00,000/- (Rupees Four Crores and Fifty Lakhs) and execute the mining lease. ORDER : This Civil Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.H.LAKSHMI SHANKAR, Advocate for MR.
