ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal original petition.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the compromise reached between the parties, further action was dropped in the case in Cr.No.8 of 2018.

3.In view of the above submission, permission is granted to withdraw this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
