Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SENTHIL MURUGAN C, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to his financial condition, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.17542 of 2021 dated 12.11.2021. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 12.11.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.17542 of 2021 is extended

further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
