ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR in Crime no.26 of 2022 dated 13.09.2022 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni, on 05.10.2023 but it has not been taken on file.

3. A direction is issued to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni, to process the final report within the time stipulated. The petitioner is at liberty to work out remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 09.11.2023 NCC :
