This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking quashment of C.C. No.408 of 2018 pending on the file of the Additional Mahila Court(Magistrate level), Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District 2.At the time of hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that he restricts his relief with regard to dispensing of personal appearance of the first petitioner herein before the concerned Court who is aged about 62 years and considering his age his personal appearance may be dispensed. 3.Considering the representation made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the personal appearance of the first petitioner is dispensed with on the following conditions: (i)The first petitioner is directed to appear before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12032 of 2021 Additional Mahila Court(Magistrate level), Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, within 15days from the date of receipt of the order;

(ii)He is also directed to file an undertaking affidavit that he will appear before the Court as on when required, by affixing his photograph duly attested by his lawyer; (iii)He must also ensure that he is represented before the Court by his lawyer, without out fail.

4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
