To call for the records and set aside the Judgment of the Mahila Court, Pudukkottai in his judgment dated 07.04.2022 in Spl.SC.No.24 of 2020 by allowing this Criminal Appeal. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.PARANJOTHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10709 of 2022 in Crl.A. (MD) No.549 of 2022, dated 15.09.2022.
