PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 356 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 24.09.2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 9,39(1)a,b,39abc, 40(2),50,51(1)of Wild life Protection Act, 1972 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused persons were found in illegal possession of 164.460 kg of Sea cucumber,which is prohibited.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the above case.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that there are totally five accused in this case and the petitioner

herein is arrayed as A1. Further nine previous case are pending against the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking into consideration the previous bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Hence this petition stands dismissed.
