ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /A2 was arrested and remanded to judicial custody by the respondent police on 24.09.2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,294(b),353,307,332,506(ii) of IPC and Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act and Section 25(1-A), 27(1) of Arms Act.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner was detained under Act 14 of 1982.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for the present.
