Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 4 and 5 to reconstruct the cattle shed, allocated in the name of the petitioner's wife viz., Sagayarani, in his land in S.No.127/1, Punnaivanam Village, Tenkasi District and consequently direct the respondents Nos.1 and 2 to take necessary actions against the officers for the defective works performed under Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 4 and 5 to reconstruct the cattle shed, allocated in the name of the petitioner's wife viz., Sagayarani in S.No.127/1, Punnaivanam Village, Tenkasi District and consequently 2/5
direct the respondents Nos.1 and 2 to take necessary action against the officers for the defective works performed under Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme within the time frame stipulated by this Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.D.Gandhiraj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that already the prayer sought for by the petitioner has been considered and according to the authorities, again the cattle shed has been constructed at free of cost by the persons applied for 100 days Scheme under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, 2005.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
4. The petitioner's claim is that the cattle shed was not laid properly and the same has to be reconstructed within a short period. The same was ordered to be reconstructed and accordingly, the respondents 4 and 5 have reconstructed the cattle shed and the photographs of the same 3/5
also produced before this Court to that effect. Hence, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
