This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to grant 15 days emergency leave without escort to the petitioner's husband T.Suresh Kumar, S/O.N.Thangaraj (PID.472972), who is currently serving a life sentence at Central Prison, Palayamkottai.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.02.2025 has been considered and the same has been rejected by the Deputy Superintendant, Central Prison, Palayamkottai, vide order dated 30.05.2025.
