This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.05.2025 and to grant emergency / ordinary leave for her husband Baskaran, S/o.Mookaiah for the period of 28 days, to arrange college and school fees for her daughter and son. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the representation of the petitioner, dated 17.05.2025 has been considered and the same has been rejected by the Deputy General of Prisons and Correctional Services Department, Trichirappalli, vide order dated 10.06.2025.
