ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 05.05.2017 and 18.09.2017 respectively seeking to remove the name of Poongudi in the joint patta in Patta No.2768 within the time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4.

3.The case of the petitioner is that he got the properties in S.F.Nos.1428/A and 1424 through a registered will executed by his father. While so, some third parties created forged sale deed in favour of one Poongudi and included her name in the patta. Hence, the petitioner has given the representations dated 05.05.2017 and 18.09.2017 to the respondents. Since the same have not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court by filing the present writ petition.
4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that if time is granted to the respondents 1 to 4, the representations of the petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed. 5.In view of the said submission, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 05.05.2017 and 18.09.2017 and pass appropriate orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving due opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the impleaded party. 6.With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
