ORDER

****** The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to issue patta in the name of the petitioner who is residing in the house situated in Door No.14-3-1A/5 based on his representation dated 13.01.2017 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner has been representing to the second respondent for grant of patta for his house. The petitioner states that he is residing in the said property for more than three decades. The petitioner has enclosed a copy of the representation dated 13.01.2017 in the typed set of papers. In fact, from the Collectorate a communication has been sent vide Memorandum No.O.Mu.1967/2017/D3, dated 20.01.2017 to the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent calling upon him to take appropriate action. Since there is no response, the present Writ Petition has been instituted.

3. This Court therefore, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 13.01.2017 for grant of patta. The second respondent shall pass final orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
