PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.Ana.2/19536/2022, dated 13.10.2023 issued by the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently, to direct the respondents to conduct the fair enquiry on obtained false community certificate of Vijaya and cancel the same in the interest of justice. 2.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforestated liberty. If the petitioner files any appeal before the State Level Scrutiny Committee within a period of two weeks from the date of

receipt of a copy of this order, the same shall be entertained and decided by the State Level Scrutiny Committee on merits and in accordance with law. No costs.
