This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of E.P.No.56 of 2022 in OS No.76 of 2015.

2.By an order dated 01.06.2026, I had called for a report from the learned Principal District Munsif, Thoothukudi, as to how long it would take to dispose of the execution petition in E.P.No.56 of 2022 in OS.No.76 of 2015.

The learned Principal District Munsif, Thoothukudi, has sought two months time to dispose of the said petition.

3.The learned Principal District Munsif, Thoothukudi, is requested to dispose of E.P.No.56 of 2022 in O.S.No.76 of 2015 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
