(Order of the Court was made by V. BHARATHIDASAN, J.) Alleging that the petitioner's husband, by name, Ajay Joseph Gilbert, S/o.Gilbert, aged 36 years, is illegally detained by the respondents 3 and 4, who are parents, the present Habeas Corpus Petition is filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the records.

3. From the perusal of the records it could be seen that the detenu is the husband of the petitioner, who is working at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

H.C.P(MD)No.1197 of 2021 Bangalore, and he is not visiting the petitioner, hence the present petition has been filed.

It is further seen from the records that there is no illegal detention and it is only some matrimonial dispute between the parties. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
