Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to participate in the selection process of interview to be held on 30.10.2017 or so for the post of Assistant Medical Officer (Siddha) by deciding her rank from the marks scored by the petitioner by excluding the marks, allotted to the questions related with the subject of Microbiology by considering her representation dated 13.10.2017. For Petitioner : Mr.S.R.Anbarasu For Respondents : Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, Additional Government Pleader.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition as neither any part of cause of action has arisen nor any of the respondents are having their office, within the territorial limits of jurisdiction of the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court as held by the Full Bench of this Court in the case of B.Stalin Vs. The Registrar, Supreme Court of India, reported in 2012 (4) CTC 113.

2.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the legal remedies before the competent forum with territorial jurisdiction in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
