ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the official respondents.

2.The petitioner seeks disbursement of the crop insurance amount. The petitioner has already given a representation in this regard. The second respondent is directed to convene the committee and dispose of the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
