(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard both sides.

2.According to the petitioner, the private respondents herein have committed encroachment on a public pathway. It is admitted that the private respondents are enjoying a civil Court's decree in their favour. The writ petitioner is said to have filed a second appeal before this Court; however, the same is still pending at the SR stage in S.A(MD)SR No. 15945 of 2019. When the private respondents are armed with a civil Court's decree, obviously the State authorities cannot act any breach thereof.

3.Granting liberty to the petitioner to renew her case based on subsequent developments, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
