2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in pursuance to the order of this Court the respondent has filed charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, but not taken on file. The statement is recorded.

3. Recording the same, this contempt petition stands closed. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam is directed to take on file, if it is otherwise in order.
