O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to file a final report in connection with the case in Crime No.250 of 2017, dated 17.09.2017, for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation is going on and a final report will be filed within six months. 3.Considering the above said submission, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of six months from today. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
