For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :-For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 53 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /A-2 apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 420, 465, 467 & 468 of I.P.C., in Crime No. 53 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that A-1 was worked as Agent in Thangamayil Jewellery at Madurai. The defacto complainant has approached the first accused to deposit the money at Thangamayil jewellery and taken the bond from him by way of giving cheque in favour of him. After completion of the maturity, the first accused did not return the amount to the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

CRL OP(MD). No.12143 of 2020 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is wife of A-1. He further submitted that she has never committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he seeks anticipatory bail.
5. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side)appearing for the respondent police would submit that there are totally three accused and this petitioner is arrayed as A-2. He would further submit that by order, dated 07.10.2020 in Crl.OP(MD) No.10655 of 2020 this Court already dismissed the anticipatory bail petition of this petitioner. He further submitted that there is no change in circumstances.
6. Taking note of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) and considering the fact that there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.
7. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
