ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner wants survey to be done in respect of the petition mentioned land.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents states that there is no objection or opposition.

4. The respondents are directed to conclude the survey and demarcate the properties and also serve the survey report on the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
