PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to call for the records relating to the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.553 of 2012 on the file of the learned Additional District Munsif (FAC), Principal District, Tenkasi on 12.12.2019 and set aside the same by allowing the Civil Revision Petition. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking orders to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.553 of 2012 on the file of the learned Additional District Munsif (FAC), Principal District, Tenkasi on 12.12.2019.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has not taken any effective steps to file proof of service with respect to the second respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reported 'no instructions'. He had sent a letter to the petitioner requesting instructions to take steps as against the second respondent. However, the petitioner has not responded and appears to be not interested in prosecuting the matter further.

4. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
