For Petitioner : No Appearance For Respondent : Mr.S.Ravi Additional Public Prosecutor O RDER By the order dated 13.04.2022, the contemnor, who is the 5th respondent in the main Revision Case was directed to register the FIR on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner and proceed with the investigation. come forward with this contempt petition seeking punishment for wilful disobedience committed by the respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that on 29.07.2022 itself, based on the complaint given by the petitioner and also based on the direction given by this Court, FIR has been registered in Crime No.108/2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 442, 34, 427, 143, 147, 294(b), 506(ii) and 114 of IPC and has also produced a copy of the FIR before this Court. 3.In compliance of the order that has been passed by this Court, by the respondent, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition.
