Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MANIKANDAN V, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition no. 6 (b) imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7823 of 2023, dated 26.04.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Since the petitioner is taking treatment at Chennai, he is not able to comply the condition before the respondent police and prayed to modify the condition to sign before the Vadapalani Police Station, Chennai instead of respondent police.

4. Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner, the condition No.7(b) already imposed on the petitioner, in Crl.O.P.(MD) https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.8321 of 2023 No.7823 of 2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before Vadapalani Police Station, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
