This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.10.2017 and consequently direct the first respondent to accommodate the petitioner's son R.Ramanan (Application No. A51701104) from the second respondent college to third respondent college who got admission in C.F.No.639/5yr B.A.L.L.B/Pro.Allot/2017-18 dated 24.08.2017 on the file of the first respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the first respondent and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 2 and 3. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that his son R.Ramanan got admission in the second respondent University to pursue his B.A.L.L.B degree course. But, till date, there is no information with regard to the commencement of the college. Hence, the petitioner has given a representation dated 21.10.2017 to the first and second respondents, seeking transfer to his son from the second respondent's college to the third respondent's college. Since no action has been taken in this regard, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that the second respondent college is functioning now.

5.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
