ORDER

This revision has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of the Appeal in A.S.No.145 of 2018, on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Dindigul, within a specified time fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Since the case is for a limited relief of early disposal, no notice need be sent to the respondents.

3.According to the petitioner, he has filed the appeal suit in A.S.No.145 of 2018 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Dindigul, and the same has been simply adjourned for batta to R2 for the past three years and the respondents have purposely dragging on the proceedings. In such circumstances, the petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition seeking to expedite the trial. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the Principal Subordinate Court, Dindigul, to dispose of the A.S.No.145 of 2018, pending on his file, as expeditiously as possible, in any even not later than, six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.

C.R.P(MD).No.1300 of 2021 5.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
