Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners on the guise of enquiry.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the son of the first and second petitioners is involved in three previous cases. Therefore, the respondent police called the petitioners for enquiry, since three cases are pending as against the first petitioner.

4.Admittedly, no case is pending as against the second and third petitioners. If the respondent police wants to enquire the petitioners, the same can be done only by issuing a proper summons to the petitioners.

5.The petitioners shall not harassed in the name of enquiry since they are not involved any other criminal offences. 6.This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
