Respondent PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue separate patta by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.06.2016.

The petitioners seek for a mandamus, directing the respondent to issue separate patta by considering their representation dated 22.06.2016.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation has not been considered so far. 3.Needless to say that it is for the respondent to consider the request of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and therefore, this Court at this stage is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner. However, the respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 22.06.2016 on merits and in accordance with law also by hearing the rival parties if any. Such exercise shall be done by the respondent within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
