2. The petitioner seeks copies of the documents mentioned in the writ prayer. This Court put the Central Government Standing Counsel on notice. The stand of the respondents is that the name of the petitioner herein is not found in the revenue records. This Court is not adjudicating the rights of the petitioner. All that it directs is that the copies sought for are to be given to the petitioner herein. Since all the documents are very much available, the respondents 3 and 4 are directed to furnish the same to the petitioner, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
