Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents informs the Court that the first respondent vide proceedings dated 10.06.2023 had cancelled the impugned "C" list approved by the State Promotion Board. Therefore, this writ petition has become infructuous. As and when cause of action again arises, it is always open to the petitioners to move this Court again. All the contentions of the petitioners are left open.
