This Writ Petition has been filed for seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent passed in the proceedings Na.Ka.No.1525/m1/2017 dated 21.09.2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to sanction annual increments to the petitioner without any break and render justice.

2.Heard, Mr.T.M.Madasamy, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Velmurugan, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the impugned order dated 21.09.2017 has been withdrawn by the respondents by proceedings dated 01.11.2017.
