O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to give permission with protection to conduct the cultural function Aaadal - Paadal at Mukkootupatty Public Stage in connection with the Temple Festival of Arulmigu Sree Kaliyamman Temple, Mukkottupatty, Karambakudi, Pudukkottai District, scheduled on 14.07.2019, at about 07.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m. based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2019.

2. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission

and protection to conduct the cultural function Aaadal - Paadal at Mukkootupatty Public Stage on 14.07.2019, at about 07.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m. at Arulmigu Sree Kaliyamman Temple, Mukkottupatty, Karambakudi, Pudukkottai District, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents on 21.06.2019 and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.06.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
