O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking direction to the Respondents 1 to 2 to provide adequate police protection for life and limb to the Petitioner and his family members by considering the complaint /representation dated 28.02.2023 preferred by the Petitioner within the period that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the representation made by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.19 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, the counter parties did not co-operate to resolve the issue. They undertook to produce the document showing the title over the property. But later failed. By advising the petitioner to workout his remedy through appropriate civil proceedings, this complaint was closed. 3.

Since already the complaint itself was closed, the petitioner has to workout his remedy through appropriate civil proceedings. If any trouble arises in future and any crime committed by the counter parties against the petitioner, he can make fresh complaint by setting out proper allegations. Direction for Police protection at this stage may not be proper.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
