O R D E R

The petitioner challenges the notice issued by the second respondent herein, proposing to convene the extraordinary committee meeting to be held on 29.10.2017 with certain agenda.

2. The second respondent is a private individual, who is not a statutory authority or a State instrumentality. His actions are therefore not maintainable and therefore, the aggrieved individual must approach the Civil Court for redressing his grievances.

3. The filing of this Writ Petition is certainly not a remedy. It is made clear that the rights of the parties are not decided in this proceeding and they are left open. With the above observation and liberty, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
