Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a WRIT OF CERTIOARARIFIED MANDAMUS, calling for the impugned order of the 1st Respondent in his proceedings Legal/W.P.No.4731/98 dt.05-12-2008 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st Respondent to notionally promote the petitioner as Assistant Manager with effect from 01-11-1998 and as Selection Grade A.M. with effect from 01-022004 in the light of the orders passed by this Honourable Court in W.P.4731/98 dt.21-12-2004 followed by order in W.A.2047/2005 and 2048/2005 dt. 22-06-2007 and consequently to prepare correct working sheet of arrears of Rs.7,26,248/- and other attending monetary benefits.
