ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to appoint the petitioner as Nutritious Meal Organizer in Panchayat Union Primary School, Sangampatti, Puthukottai District based on the interview conducted on 24.02.2017 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent would submit that even prior to the filing of the Writ Petition, appointment order came to be issued to the third respondent and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In such view of the matter, this Writ Petition stands closed by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the

appointment order issued to the third respondent, if so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

4. In such circumstances, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks a copy of the appointment order issued to the third respondent. Hence, in this regard, the petitioner shall make an application to the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such application, the second respondent is directed to furnish an order copy to the petitioner.
