Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner sought information from the third respondent. Since it was not furnished, he moved the first respondent/commission. The first respondent had already passed an order dated 06.10.2021 in favour of the writ petitioner. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that even thereafter the third respondent had not complied with the same. The third respondent is directed to comply with the order passed by the first respondent forthwith and without any delay, since it has not been stayed or set aside. 3.The writ petition is allowed accordingly.
