2. The petitioner essentially seeks relief against the private financier. Merely because the private financier is a limited Company governed by Reserve Bank of India norms and statutory provisions that by itself will not entitle the petitioner to maintain a writ petition before this Court. 2/4
3. Leaving open the writ petitioner's other rights and remedies, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
