Respondents in both petitions PRAYER : Civil Revision Petitions filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned District Judge, Ramanathapuram to dispose of the Execution Petition in E.P.No.11 of 2020 in E.P.No.4 of 2008 in O.S.No.9 of 2007 and E.A.No.43 of 2020 in E.A.No.39 of 2020 in E.P.No.4 of 2008 in O.S.No.9 of 2007 time bound manner as fixed by this Court and allow the same. ORDER:- These Civil Revision Petitions coming on for orders on this day under the caption for Extension of time for Lower court and upon perusing earlier orders of this Court dt.08.09.2021 and 09.12.2021 and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Ramanathapuram in D.No.1162, Dated 11.02.

2022, seeking one month time to dispose of the petitions,this Court made the following order:- As per the order passed by this Court dated 08.09.2021, the Principal District Judge, Ramanathapuram was directed to dispose E.P.No.11 of 2020 in E.P.No.4 of 2008 in O.S.No.9 of 2007 within a period one month from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Admittedly, a copy of the order was received by the Court on 28.10.2021. Again one month given on 09.12.2021. Now, the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

CRP(MD). No.1248 & 1249 of 2021 Principal District Judge, Ramanathapuram submitted a letter for extension of another one month time on 11.02.2022. Already one month time is extended. But, the delivery was ordered on 28.02.2022. So, one month time is extended finally for disposing the matter.
