ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order as made in Crl.M.P.No.3184 of 2018, dated 10.08.2018 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil and consequently modify the conditions of reporting the respondent police daily at 5.00 p.m instead of reporting the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil for the remaining period forthwith.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the condition imposed in the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily evening at 5.00 p.m until further orders. Crl.M.P.No.3069 of 2018, dated 01.08.2018 remains unchanged. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
